Closed joint-stock company "STEKLOPACK" is situated in Oryol town - the center of Russian glass machinery building - not far from Moscow (350 km to the south).
CJSC "STEKLOPACK" has celebrated its 45th anniversary at November 2001.
Till 1997 it was glass machinery special designing bureau "SKB SM" which worked out annealing lehrs, pneumatic and hydraulic press, flat glass equipment, auto glass lines, technical glass lines and others.
The plant with full cycle "research work - design - production - putting of equipment in operation - after sales services" was founded in 1997 on the base of "SKB SM". And since that year we have been designing and producing conveying and shrink packing systems for glass factories, food plants, building material plants and for others branches of industry.
At present STEKLOPACK produces:
· Semi-automatic and automatic shrink packing machines for small-group packaging of different goods with wide range of geometric and dimensioning characteristics
· Machines for making and securing loading units in different branches of industry: palletizers, covering and shrinking machines, control systems
· Conveying systems for glass factories, food plants and for other enterprisers of industry: hinged chain conveyers, belt and roller conveyers, vertical and pallet conveying systems
· Conveyer carbon steel and stainless steel belt
· Complete COLD-END lines for glass factories
We have made our first manual shrink packing machines for small-group packaging of bottles with juices in1997. And now STEKLOPACK produces any requested configurations of COLD-END lines for glass factories including: unloaders of annealing lehrs, reversible and irreversible accumulation tables, accumulation tables with single liners, visual control sections and conveyers for the automatic control equipment installation, rejection conveyers, straight running and side flexing chain conveyers, vertical conveyers (lowerators and elevators), shrink packing lines, turning tables, roller conveyers, railing manipulators and lowerators for loading pallets.
STEKLOPACK also goes on designing and making annealing lehrs for glass containers together with Oryol plant "STEKLOMASH". STEKLOPACK produces heating and control systems for the lehrs, and realizes putting in operation as well.
Our conveying, shrink packing and glass systems are operating on the more then 150 enterprises of Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia and other countries.
Since 1997 the company's turnover has been increasing twice in a year. Rising up of production's volume has required of producing capacity's expansion and in 2001 we have put in operation the new machine shop of 2000 sq. m.
Besides excellent mechanical base we have powerful designing potential. We have got 17 patents of Russian Federation for the last two years.
But one of the main factors of our quick development is co-operation with progressive glass factories in Russia and others countries, where we can see big growth of glass containers production during last years. Last time our company has won the recognition at the largest international trade fairs. STEKLOPACK is a constant participant of "INTERPACK" (Germany, Dusseldorf), "GLASSTEC" (Germany, Dusseldorf), "ROSUPAK" (Russia, Moscow).
